I have a background in clinical psychology and public health research, and am enthusiastic about health promotion among young people. A firm believer in community empowerment, my work centers around participatory approaches to overcome challenges in low-resource settings. I have coordinated the development of interventions using digital technology and lay-health workers to address depression among people living with HIV and hazardous alcohol consumption, in India. I'm currently working on the evaluation of a parent-child communication intervention for sexual and reproductive health in Uganda.
