After completing a double Master degree in European Affairs, I did a Blue Book intership in the Secretariat General of the European Commission in the Internal Market & Competitiveness unit. I was then recruited as a consultant in Digital and Energy & environment policy at Grayling, a public affairs consultancy in Brussels. I stayed at Grayling 3 years and climbing quickly the ladder to be a manger. I left because I realised that I need to go back to what had driven me to study polital science, international relations and European affairs in the first place, cooperation between the EU and the Middle East. My interest in this issue comes from havning lived in Egypt during high school. I now work for the EU Regional Trust Fund in response to the Syrian Crisis.
