Celia Burgdorff is an Associate Fellow at the French Think Tank "Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique. She holds a PhD in history of international relations (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich) on the metaphor of "Fortress Europe" and its political implications (under the supervision of Laurence Badel and Andreas Wirsching).
