Academic background on international law and European affairs, I worked in the European Commission in the relations with the European Parliament. I joined the negotiating team of the environment section of the Irish Permanent Representation during the Irish Presidency in 2013. I have been head of Policy at EurEau in charge of European affairs and the drinking water Directive.
