My name is Brigit and I work for Wise, a global financial technology company with a mission to make cross-border payments instant, convenient, transparent and eventually free. As part of our global government relations team, I focus on EU payments policy vis-a-vis European and national policymakers. As a Board Member of the European FinTech Association and PayBelgium, I work with other industry players to work toward policies that enable FinTechs like Wise to grow and thrive. I've been working for 5+ years in public affairs and communications in Brussels, including experiences at FleishmanHillard and the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU.
