Married, 1 son, 2 dogs, graduated with honors in Economics and Business, speaks fluent English. I began my professional career in the University as a teacher and researcher to continue in strategic consulting.
In 1994 I joined Omnitel (later Vodafone), in Human Resources Department, with national and international responsibilities.
Since 2010 I am Ipsen Italy HR & Country Services Director in Milan for Ipsen Group, French biotech company operating in Oncology, Neuroscience and Rare Diseases.
Always interested in the development of people, in particular in the enhancement of female merit, in 2009 I graduated from IN Coach Academy, recognized by International Coach Federation.
In 2011I received “Women in the work” award promoted by Amazzoni Women Manager Association as a national recognition for managerial and entrepreneurial skills.
In 2013 and 2014 I was CSR Ambassador in HRC.
I am an active member of AIDP, within which I am directly involved in several projects, including "Mentoring" and "Wellbeing".
I was selected as Mentor for the 2019-2020 edition of Inspiring Women of CCI France Italie.
