Since 2022 working at Frontex in the area of operational preparedness and deployment of standing corps officers (first EU's uniformed service). PhD Candidate in Security Studies with the research focus on peacebuilding and multilateral cooperation. Graduated in International Relations from the University of Warsaw with specialisation in Security and Strategic Studies. Alumna of the research programme in Geopolitics and International Relations at the Manipal University in India.
Former editor at the International Affairs Review "Notabene" at the University of Warsaw and an analyst for the Center for New Ideas, a Belarusian think tank. Previous work experience includes 2 years at McKinsey & Company, supporting international projects and operations. Later I managed a project of promoting Polish agricultural enterprises in Belarus for the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
