Generalist by training, I have studied politics, EU and and international affairs in France, the UK and at the College of Europe in Bruges, before joining the Commission. I worked as a speech writer, and as a desk officer, negotiator, and cabinet member. I have extensive experience of the EU’ s climate and environment policies, including at the international level. I have taught at some of Europe’s best Universities including École Nationale d’Administration et La Sorbonne, to professional and student audiences. They described me as a « passionate » and « convinced and convincing » speaker. I have regular occasions to speak in public to Brussels based audiences.
