Anne-Claire is an experienced EU policy analyst, evaluation consultant and trainer with 14 years of experience in EU affairs. She has managed analytical assignments, evaluations and studies across a wide range of sectors and policy areas, as well as capacity building programmes (logical framework approach, monitoring, data collection, results reporting, quality review).
Since 2016 in particular, Anne-Claire has led a range of assignments for the Service of Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI) of the European Commission and worked with both headquarters and EU Delegations worldwide (incl. fieldwork in China, India, Indonesia and Thailand). She designed, and supported the implementation of a monitoring & reporting system for the EU's Partnership Instrument and now for the NDICI. Since 2017, she's delivering a tailored M&E capacity building programme for the FPI worldwide.
Her particular expertise lies in qualitative evaluation methods.
Prior to consulting, Anne-Claire was working in academia and her research focused on EU’s external policies and institutional coordination. She has extensive teaching and research experience at university and post-university level.
