International consultant, policy advisor and trainer in the fields of peace, human rights and gender equality. I have worked in various contexts including diplomatic missions, NGOs and government agencies in countries including Colombia, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium.

I specialise in policy evaluation, project management and gender mainstreaming training, with skills in programme impact assessment, stakeholder management and interdisciplinary communication. My expertise extends to capacity building training for teams and communities in areas such as women's rights, gender equality, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, prevention of workplace harassment, gender-based violence and mental health.

I am currently an active member of Women in International Security in Brussels (WIIS), where I serve on the Steering Committee as Trainer Coordinator.
