Born and raised in Romania, I spent over 20 years working and studying in the United States. I have a double degree in Economics and Sociology from Dartmouth College, a master's in Sociology from Harvard University, and a joint doctoral degree in Organizational Behavior from Harvard Business School and Harvard University. I worked as a professor in management at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley for nine years, and moved to Brussels in 2021 for an academic position in Entrepreneurship at Vlerick Business School.
