Andrea Illes is a Senior Enviornmental and Climate Policy Consultant in in Ricardo Energy and Environment with 7 years of professional experience in EU environmental and climate policy and has been working on a wide range of policy research projects focusing on environmental governance and the EU’s Better Regulation agenda (evaluations), climate mainstreaming and tracking, climate change adaptation, EU budget (Cohesion Policy and LIFE) and environmental fiscal reform. Andrea has been managing and delivering research for policy projects for a range of clients, including EU institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, Committee of the Regions), Member State governments, NGOs and other stakeholders.
