Andrea has 10+ years of experience in volunteering and working in the youth and education sector. She held various positions in European and international civil society organisations in this area, such as Erasmus Student Network, The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award or European Federation for Intercultural Learning. In 2021, she was selected as a member of a pilot cohort of the first-ever youth advisory board of the OECD – Youthwise. This pilot cohort published a document titled “Young people and the future (of work): 10 key insights from Youthwise”. Her main areas of interest include youth participation, skills development, volunteering, non-formal education and intercultural learning. She currently holds a position at CEPS (Centre for European Policy Studies), where she works on Young Thinkers project, among other things.
Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and European Studies, and a Master's Degree in International Relations, both from Masaryk University, Czech Republic. She spent one semester abroad at Maastricht University.
