benefit-oriented messages, and results-driven approaches has been a constant throughout my career, from grassroots organisations to public and private companies in Brussels.

I am an expert in project communications, and in utilising the best of traditional
and digital media to raise awareness of achievements, missions, products, and events.

Health and environmental topics have been a constant throughout my career, be it through the link between health and environment, sustainability in the building sector, or the promotion of eco-innovative business practices. Currently, I use my skills to lead the Communications team of the environmental non-profit Zero Waste Europe, communicating about the need to rethink our consumption and production systems if we are to achieve a truly sustainable future.

I hold a BA in Communications Sciences from the University of Porto and a MA in European Studies from KU Leuven.
