As an independent organisational development (OD) consultant, I’m happy to offer my expertise in change processes and in team, leadership and management development.
For over 20 years, I took several management roles in small and medium size private sector organisations. I also worked as an internal consultant in crafting and managing organisational change and development, and built and led multicultural teams of experts, to the achievement of outstanding results often in challenging social contexts.
I integrate my background and practice as development expert in the Global South (Africa, Latin America, Sri Lanka, North Korea and China), where I gained extensive experience in project management, stakeholders’ engagement and in building capacity of organisations and teams. Demanding field experiences were fundamental in my earning deep awareness of the contexts (social, economic, political, global).
Leveraging on my MSc background in civil hydraulic engineering and a solid expertise in a variety of technical/scientific and regulatory issues, I also enjoy playing a powerful advocacy role in the EU legislation arena.
