Launched in March 2021, the platform showcases the wealth of talent across all of the Channel Islands demographics and helps to connect diverse talent with opportunities to engage in conference panels and delegations, speaking opportunities, and in Government policy debates, scrutiny and formulation.
Participants can showcase their expertise over a range of sectors, subject matter and regional focus. We have tried to leave it as wide and diverse as possible. We are focusing on encouraging women to sign up to begin with, but our intention over time is to broaden the scope of the Directory to include other under-represented groups.
