My purpose in my work is to spark joy.
Think of it as breathing new life into an organization's strategic decisions and team interactions. Seeing people rediscover the joy of their work and the inspiration in working together, makes me even more committed to bringing creativity, stakeholder interactions and forward-looking practices into every interaction! Joy in work makes everything flow. And flow generates better work, better results, better resilience.
What I love working on is:
- Creating a psychologically safe environment for teams to grow in (structuring the organization, creating conditions for optimal work, coaching teams and/or team leaders)
- Taking a fresh look at existing approaches and engage stakeholders and people into updating their approach
- Bringing humanity back into the workplace – not only because it makes sense, but also because it gives a boost to people’s commitment and innovative idea generation
